● Base Salary: $67,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
● Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $ 2000 to $4,000
● Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000 annually
● Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Contract/Part-time options available)

The Role
We are looking for a passionate Pediatric SLP to join our clinic team. You will play a vital role in
helping children develop essential communication skills through:
● Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized goals.
● Implementing evidence-based, play-based therapy techniques.
● Treating articulation delays, language impairments, fluency, and social communication.
● Partnering with families to provide education and home-based strategies.
Qualifications
● Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
● ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
● State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an SLP.
● Experience with diverse pediatric populations (infants through adolescents).
● A collaborative spirit and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
