- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's speech, language, and communication skills, identifying areas of need and developing appropriate goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and play-based therapy techniques.
- Provide direct therapy to children, addressing a variety of communication disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with families, providing education, strategies, and resources to support their child's communication development at home.
- Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with other therapy disciplines, educators, and other members of the child's care team

- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid and current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and treat a wide range of pediatric communication disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and child engagement skills.
- Experience working with diverse pediatric populations, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.
- Knowledge of child development milestones and appropriate assessment tools.
- Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
- Competitive Pay: Pay per visit evaluation-$ 63-$ 73 per IE, Follow ups-$ 35-$ 42 per visit

- Deliver therapy services as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Follow customized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy activities as needed.
- Evaluate therapy outcomes and collaborate with the supervising SLP for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with PTs, OTs, and other team members to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care.
- Use CFR’s online documentation system and therapy tools provided for streamlined workflow.
- Treat both adult and pediatric populations in their homes or day care settings.
- Certified by the National Board for Certification.
- Valid and current state license as a Speech Therapist Assistant.
- Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations.
