Pay & Highlights
● Pay Model: Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)
○ Initial Evaluation (IE) Rate: $50.00 – $60.00 per evaluation
○ Follow-Up (FU) Rate: $37.00 – $45.00 per visit
● Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 (paid within the first 90 days; requires a 1-year
commitment)
● Job Type: Part-Time, W2 (Afternoon Availability Required)

The Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team in Cary,
NC during afternoon hours. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills,
achieve milestones, and reach their full potential through:
● Comprehensive Assessments: Identifying children’s needs, developmental delays,
and functional limitations.
● Individualized Care: Developing treatment plans using play-based therapy, sensory
integration, and other evidence-based approaches.
● Family Engagement: Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies
and resources to support development at home.
● Collaborative Intervention: Working alongside early intervention specialists and the
broader care team for optimal, holistic outcomes.
Qualifications
● Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
(NBCOT).
● State Licensure: Valid and current NC state license in Occupational Therapy.
● Availability: Available for afternoon clinic shifts.
● Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of child development milestones across diverse
populations (infants through adolescents).
● Skills: Strong professional judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, and a
talent for engaging children in the therapeutic process.
