About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join
our growing clinic team. You will provide essential speech and language therapy services to
children within our clinic setting. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential
communication skills, overcome speech and language challenges, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children’s speech, language, and
communication skills, identifying areas of need and developing appropriate goals.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
and play-based therapy techniques.
● Provide direct therapy to children, addressing a variety of communication disorders,
including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency disorders, and social
communication difficulties.
● Work collaboratively with families, providing education, strategies, and resources to
support their child’s communication development at home.
● Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and making necessary adjustments
to treatment plans.
● Collaborate effectively with other therapy disciplines, educators, and other members of
the child’s care team
● Participate in clinic upkeep and organization, ensuring a clean and welcoming
environment for patients.
● Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment
interventions.

Qualifications:
● Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
● Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association (ASHA).
● Valid and current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
● Demonstrated ability to assess and treat a wide range of pediatric communication
disorders.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and child engagement skills.
● Experience working with diverse pediatric populations, including infants, toddlers,
children, and adolescents.
● Knowledge of child development milestones and appropriate assessment tools.
● Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
