- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's needs, developmental delays, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and promote age-appropriate development.
- Utilize play-based therapy, sensory integration techniques, and other evidence-based approaches to engage children in the therapeutic process.
- Evaluate therapy outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal results.
- Educate and engage parents and caregivers in the treatment process, providing them with strategies and resources to support their child's development at home.
- Collaborate effectively with Speech and Physical Therapists, early intervention specialists, and other members of the child's care team to deliver integrated and holistic care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in pediatric occupational therapy treatment practices, ensuring children receive the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Valid and current state license in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative when analyzing problems and recommending solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and child engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with diverse pediatric populations, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.
- Knowledge of child development milestones and appropriate assessment tools.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Competitive Salary: Pay Per visit Evaluation- $ 55 -$ 65 per IE, Follow up $ 44- $ 50 per visit.
- Relocation bonus/sign on up to $ 3000
- Performance Bonus up to $ 3000

- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques and evidence-based approaches within the clinic environment.
- Work directly with patients and their families, providing instruction and support in activities of daily living, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, cognitive skills, and sensory processing.
- Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Educate and engage patients and caregivers in the treatment process, providing them with strategies and resources to support their ongoing progress.
- Collaborate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist, Speech and Physical Therapists, and other members of the patient's care team within the clinic setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
- Participate in clinic upkeep and organization, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans effectively and work collaboratively with a supervising therapist.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones, age-related conditions, and appropriate assessment tools.
- Treat both Adults and Pediatric patients
- Competitive Pay: $ 38- $ 44 per visit
- Relocation/Sign on Bonus up to $ 4000
- Performance Bonus up to $ 3000(Extremely competitive)
