About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join
our growing clinic team. Under the supervision of a registered Physical Therapist, you will
provide essential physical therapy services to patients of all ages, from children to adults,
within our clinic setting. You will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injuries,
manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
● Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist, utilizing
appropriate therapeutic techniques and evidence-based approaches.
● Work directly with patients and their families, providing instruction and support in
therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and other interventions.
● Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising Physical
Therapist.
● Educate and engage patients and caregivers in the treatment process, providing
them with strategies and resources to support their ongoing progress.
● Collaborate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist, other therapists (OT,
SLP), and other members of the patient’s care team within the clinic setting.
● Participate in clinic upkeep and organization, ensuring a clean and welcoming
environment for patients.
● Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment
interventions.
● Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulations related to physical therapy assistant
practice.

Qualifications:
● Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
● Valid and current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

● Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans effectively and work
collaboratively with a supervising therapist.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills.
● Experience working with either infants, toddlers, children, or adolescents, adults, and
seniors.
● Knowledge of developmental milestones, age-related conditions, and appropriate
assessment tools.
● Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
