Co-Founder/CEO & Occupational Therapist
Prashant, raised in an Indian family with a strong medical background, was instilled with a deep sense of patient care from a young age. This innate compassion for humanity naturally evolved into a career in healthcare, aligning with his lifelong vision. Growing up in a doctor’s family provided Prashant with a broad perspective on health, emphasizing overall well-being rather than solely medical diagnoses. His unwavering belief in the potential for progress and the absence of true failure forms the foundation of his practice.
Prashant’s approach to rehabilitation extends beyond pain management, focusing on long-term improvement in patients’ life skills, employment opportunities, and leisure activities. He is dedicated to fostering independence within the community, promoting executive functioning, and connecting patients with essential resources.
His vision is to put a patient’s Care First in every visit with a therapist. Prashant has a warming charisma which creates a confidence from his patients allowing them to embrace the plan of care and reach a better state of well being.
Prashant has an active role at Care First Rehab and you will often see him assisting both therapists and patients in the clinic.
