Pediatric physical therapy begins from a physical assessment. Therapy is conducted to strengthen muscles, practicing movement control and balance whilst sitting, standing and walking through specialized techniques in order to help the young patient become self-sufficient and resume normal daily activities.

Treatment Objective

To help stimulate movement and development in children through specialized techniques by relaxing muscle tension and to promote muscle flexibility. Therapy sessions are also focused at muscle strengthening and posture control by stimulating the neck region, flip-over, crawling, sitting, standing or walking.
